Cedar Creek Home

Cedar Creek is located in a beautiful rural setting with a small creek and cedar trees surrounding it.

Approximately 45 minutes from Spokane, Washington, Cedar Creek offers much more than a normal Behavioral Rehabilitation Home.

Along with an on-site counselor and teacher are many recreational opportunities to provide incentive to learn and change. Horses, four wheelers, snowmobiles, hiking and Ranch activities provide much for our young girls to work towards and enjoy.

Both staff and residents come to appreciate Cedar Creek as a family oriented home away from home.

Cedar Creek Level System

Designed to encourage the development of positive people skills; personal responsibility; and coping skills for everyday life.

There are 5 levels that provide progressive incentive to improve; alter behaviors; and master long lasting survival skills.

Privileges and financial incentives are based on daily behavior centered on 12 areas under 3 categories:

Personal Skills: Participation & Effort; Attitude; Following directions & rules; Personal Focus on Treatment.

Coping Skills: Controlling temper and language; Taking responsibility; Expressing feelings; Decision Making.

People Skills: Respectful communication; Being helpful and polite; Appropriate boundaries; Interaction with others.

Onsite Therapy

Cedar Creek Home has an onsite counselor who not only meets with our clients each week, but also helps train our staff to ensure a treatment system that is updated and focused on the needs of each of our girls.

This interdependent system helps to ensure that staff is aware and focused on helping each client meet their weekly and monthly goals. This process provides continuity and an outstanding, dedicated staff.
